All products will be delivered to your doorstep 2-5 days from order being placed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Adanna scents Refund and Return policy

We offer a full money back guarantee on all products purchased on our website, however under certain conditions. Please read the conditions explained in detail below, in order to see which condition best applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Adanna Scents’ Refund Policy provides you 10 days to return or exchange an article with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 10 calendar days of your purchase.

Should the 10 day period lapse, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to use the product in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange, offer store credit or refund, based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (Other than the original shipping costs invoiced)

 

Refunds

Once the article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. You will also be informed if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If you have paid the standard delivery cost, it will also be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank statements again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for the refund transaction to reflect.

Final sale

We do not offer refunds on final sales items unless they are defective.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged, if you need to exchange an article for the same article please send us an email at support@adannascents.com

Shipping

To return products please contact us with postal address and the reason for the return.
